Shipping and delivery
Our delivery services provide secure and traceable delivery via Australia Post. Orders for in-stock items are normally processed and shipped the same business day (Mon. - Fri.) when ordering before 1pm - or - next business day when ordering after 2pm. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched so you can monitor your delivery progress every step of the way.
Flat Rate Delivery
SmartHome offers $10 flat rate delivery to anywhere in Australia - regardless of the order size. Delivery times for our flat rate service are generally between 2-5 business days (possibly slightly longer for some remote areas of Australia).
Express Delivery
SmartHome also offer an Express Delivery option. The cost for our express delivery service will vary depending on the dimensions, weight and the destination of your order. The exact cost will be automatically calculated for you in your shopping cart or on the checkout page once you have provided your post code. Delivery times for our express service are generally 1-2 business days.
Delivery to New Zealand
For our friends across the pond, we offer three levels of delivery service...
- Economy Air - Delivery is usually within 7-10 business days.
- Standard - Delivery is usually within 5-7 business days.
- Express - Delivery is usually within 3-5 business days.
The exact cost will be automatically calculated for you in your shopping cart or on the checkout page once you have selected New Zealand as your country and provided your post code.
