If you see any of our products listed on another Australian or New Zealand website or a printed price-list for a cheaper price, then we'll beat it by 10% of the difference (of course conditions apply! - See below).

To receive the cheaper pricing, simply contact us with a a link to the product and cheaper price. We'll contact you to process your order and discount. Alternatively, please feel free to call us on 1300 650 136 to discuss the cheaper price and/or process an order over the phone.

Conditions:

• The item must be identical.
• The price must be a published price or from a printed pricelist.
• The product must be from an Australian or New Zealand retailer.
• We do not price match on 'parallel imports' or 'grey-market' products.
• Minimum purchase quantities for cheaper pricing are to be matched.
• All applicable taxes and delivery charges must be considered.
• Excludes offers by any "auction" or "marketplace" sites (such as eBay, Amazon or Catch), manufacturers, distributors or importers.
• SmartHome reserves the right to exclude items, including 'run-out' or 'clearance' items - or where the price match would be significantly below our cost price.
