How to order online

Shopping with SmartHome is easy… here is a quick overview of the process…
1. Select your products.
Browsing our products.
To browse our products, click on the menu items at the top or side of each page. Other navigation and search tools are also available around the site.
Add a product to your Shopping Cart.
When you have found the product that you'd like to purchase, add it to your Shopping Cart by clicking on the ADD TO CART button.
Viewing your Shopping Cart.
In order to view the items in your Shopping Cart, click on the MY CART button located at the top of every page on our site.
2. Reviewing your Shopping Cart.
In your Shopping Cart, you can adjust product quantities (click on UPDATE SHOPPING CART after making adjustments), remove a product (click the X on the product row you would like to remove) or you can empty your cart and start again (click on the CLEAR SHOPPING CART button).
When you are happy with your shopping cart (and applied any Discount Codes or Reward Points - see below), click on the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button.
Using Reward Points.
You can redeem your Rewards Points in the area provided in your Shopping Cart. You will also earn more Rewards Points for your current purchase.
Note: Sign in to your existing SmartHome account to redeem your existing Reward Points.
Applying Discount Codes.
If you have a Discount Code from SmartHome, you can apply the Discount Code in the area provided in your Shopping Cart.
Note: Follow our Newsletter, Facebook, Google+ or Twitter for special offers and discounts.
Get a Delivery Quote.
We offer $10 flat rate delivery to anywhere in Australia and great rates to New Zealand. We also offer other delivery options.

3. Secure Checkout.
Proceed to Secure Checkout.
When you are happy with the contents of your Shopping Cart (see above), click on the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button.
Existing Customers.
If you already have an account with SmartHome, now is a good time to log-in. Look for the LOGIN HERE link at the top of the Secure Checkout page.
New Customers.
Welcome :) To finalise your order we need a few details, including your name, delivery address and your preferred payment method.
Name and address details.
Complete your personal details.
Select your Shipping Method.
Select your preferred delivery method.
Select your Payment Method.
Choose how you would like to pay for your order.
Apply Discount Codes (optional).
If you have one, apply your Discount Code.
Review your order.
Review your order details.
Place your order.
Click on the PLACE ORDER NOW button.
