For example, as well as wirelessly streaming your Foxtel HD from your living room to the HDTV in your bedroom, you could also add this Receiver to an additional TV in family room, kitchen or outdoor entertainment area. You can add a maximum of 3 Actiontec Receivers to a single Actiontec Transmitter, so you can enjoy your movies, TV shows or favourite sports programs anywhere in your home - on multiple HD TVs or projectors.

    Purchased the main kit and two of these extra receivers. I hooked my AV gear up to an HDMI switcher (which I connected to the transmitter) so I can watch any of my devices in three additional rooms. I hope this idea helps someone else. Cheers.
